Th'ank you for your letter of June 3,1988, in response to our letter and Notice of Violation dated April 19, 1988. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in Violation A of our Notice of Violation.. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions for this violation during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
With regard to Violation B, we are downgrading this to an unresolved item based on your response. We believe that your respcnse appeared to indicate that there may have been other violations. Specifically, your response-indicated that you were in possible violatinn of Criteria V and XVII of Arpendix B to 10 CFR 50.
Your response does not indicate corrective actions of sufficient scope to address these apparent violations.
Therefore, we shall-coriduct a followon inspection to determine if the unresolved item is acceptable, a deviation, or one or more violations.
