Unresolved Items Unresolved items were not identified during this inspectio Independent Inspection The inspector reviewed VEPCO' s Status Report pertaining to the Steam Generator Replacement Project schedul In conjunction with this review, the inspector attended a portion of VEPCO' s Plan-of-the-Day which coordinates the construction efforts being performed on Unit The inspector conducted an inspection of the site which included the following areas:
warehouse facilities (Category A&B warehousing and receiving area); Unit 2 containment with emphasis on areas to be affected by the Steam Generator Replacement project; and support activities and their facilitie In addition, the inspector assisted with the fire protection/prevention inspection at all areas toured. A review was performed on the available Engineering Task Assignments (ETAs) pertaining to upcoming construction efforts to be performed in the near futur The ETA' s reviewed were as follows:
30005 - "Cutting Reactor Coolant Piping"; 30021 - "Disassembly and Storage of Manipulator Crane"; 30002 -
"Removal of Miscellaneous Piping"; 30018 "Removal of SG Level Inst. -
SG "C", "B", and "A"; and 30019 - "Cutting of Crane Wall at Hatch Opening".
