Areas Inspected: Included a review of the circumstances surrounding the degradation of a vital area barrier, which involved aspects of the following inspection modules: Security Plan and Implementing Procedures; Management Effectiveness; Security Organization; Records and Reports; Testing and Maintenance; Physical Barriers - Vital Areas; Access Control - Personnel; Training and Qualification - General Requirements and the Safeguards Contingency Plan. Portions of the following additional inspectinn modules areas were also reviewed: Physical Barriers - Protected Areas; Compensatory i Measures; Detection Aids - Protected Area and Alarm Station Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements during this inspection except as noted below:
