In its Memorandum and Order dated February 16, 1982, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (ASLB) directed PGandE to file quarterly status reports with the Board commencing April 1,1982 until resolution of the future of Humboldt Bay, Unit No. 3 (HBPP-3). This is PGandE's Fifteenth Quarterly Status Report.
