In preparation for the performance of this inspection, NNECO has completed assessments of the elements associated with the inspection scope. Based upon these assessments, we have determined that we will be ready for the start of this inspection on April 13, 1998. Nuclear Oversight has performed their own independent assessments and concur with this conclusion. An inspection Response Team has been established to work with your Staff, under the direction of Mr. G. D.
