C. 20555 Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos.1,2, and 3 Changes to Addressee and Distribution Lists for Correspondence from the NRC The purpose of this letter is to inform the NRC of management changes at Northeast Utilities which affect the distribution of NRC correspondence related to Millstone Nuclear Power Station at Northeast Utilities.

Effective February 3,1997, Mr. Neil S. Carns assumed the position of Genior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer of Northeast Nuclear Energy Company.

Mr. Ted C. Feigenbaum continues to function as Executive Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer of North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation and Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company.

Also effective February 3,1997, Mr. Michael H. Brothers has assumed the position of Vice President - Millstone Unit 3. Mr. John Paul Cowan, the current Millstone Unit 3 Recovery Officer, will be leaving the unit during February.

In addition, Mr. Richard T. Laudenat is acting in the position of Director - ~I Regulatory Affairs for Millstone Station. Please direct all NRC correspondence  ! l for Millstone Station to Mr. N. S. Carns, in care of Mr. R. T. Laudenat, Director -

NRC correspondence for Seabrook Station should be sent to Mr. T. C. Feigenbaum, in care of Mr. T. L. Harpster, Director Nuclear Licensing Services.

Revised distribution lists for each of the three Millstone units are attached.

Revised distribution lists for the Haddam Neck Plant and Seabrook Station will be forwarded at a later date, by Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company and North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation, under separate cover.
