Revision 2 will supersede and replace the 4 existing issued Security Plan Revision 1. To facilitate review a synopsis of changes is included.

1 This Plan does not decrease the effectiveness of the existing Duke Power Company Nuclear Security and Contingency Plan.

[ The portions of the Duke Power Company Nuclear Security and l Contingency plan which are considered safeguards information l are contained on pages which are encircled by a special " red hashed" border that contain the words " safeguards information".

The composite Plan is considered as safeguards information and contains a highly visible cover sheet to indicate the presence of safeguards information. Any information not on pages containing the special red hashed safeguards information border are not marked as safeguards information and shall be considered decontrolled when separated from the Plan.
