enclosed please find the inservice inspection owner's activity report for examinations performed prior to and during the twentieth refueling outage at Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 2 (BVPS-2).

lnservice inspection activities addressed in the report were performed during the third period of the third ten-year interval and first period of the fourth ten-year interval in accordance with Section XI of the ASME Code, 2001 Edition, 2003 Addenda for third interval activities, and 2013 Edition for fourth interval activities. The inservice inspection term at BVPS-2 covered by this report includes the period from May 22, 2017 to November 14, 2018.
