By letter dated September 6, 2022 (Accession No. ML22249A366), Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp. submitted a license amendment request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that would modify the bases for two licensing actions credited during the transition to a risk-informed, performance-based fire protection program. Based on the time necessary to develop the requested information, this license amendment request is hereby withdrawn.
