EXIGENTREQUESTFRAMENDMENT OFSLMCPRMODIFICATION OFREQUESTPageosThechangesproposedbythisletterdonotalterthepreviousconclusion ofnosignificant hazardsthatwereevaluated inaccordance with10CFR50.92(c) anddocumented inthereferenced letter.Therevisedamendment requesthasalsobeenevaluated againstthecriteriaforidentification oflicensing andregulatory actionsrequiring environmental assessment inaccordance with10CFR51.21.

Themodifiedrequestcontinues tomeettheeligibility criteriaforacategorical exclusion assetforthin10CFR51.22(c)(9).

Therefore, inaccordance with10CFR51.22(b),

anenvironmental assessment ofthechangeisnotrequired.
