Asaresult,performance issuesidentified areassociated withplant-wide functions, andnotwithspecificworkgroups.Fromanoverallperspective, itwasconcluded fromtheassessment thatWNP-2performance duringthelastyearcanbecharacterized asimproving, butataslowerratethanexpected, withacontinuing needformanagement attention incertainkeyareas.Actionshavebeendeveloped forresolving issuesidentified duringtheassessment.
