Revised Security Plan. UCI Nuclear Reactor Facility Gentlemen:

In accordance with the provisions of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 50 M(p)(2), I hereby submit an updated version of the Physical Security Plan for the UCI Nuclear Reactoc Facility.-

The plan has been retyped and formatted but is essentially as originally approved with the following modifications:

1. The fuel element and uranium possessions have been updated to agree with current inventory (Note there has been NO change in the license linuts.)
2. The alarm n porting system at tb UCIPD has been redescribed to agree with changes in instrumentation made over the last two year period.

3, The description of the computer controller unit has been changed to include sucent revisions.

4. Minor changes in language have been made to clarify personnel and responsibilities.

None of these changes have resulted in any diminution of security at the facilit reporting system has a much higher degree of reliability than the former one. y - indeed th Sincerely, o
