Enclosed are five (5) copies of a revised Physical Security Plan for our research reactor facility.

This plan completely updates and supercedes our previous plan, but is submitted under provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) since it increases the level of security in all respects.

We have erdeavoured to prepare this plan in accordance with the appropriate sections of Reg. Guide 5.59 (January 1980) and have also been guided by the Sample Physical Security Plan for Non-Power Nuclear Reactor Facilities, Revision 1, issued in June 1979.

We hope that all sections of the submittal are clearly stated, however we will be pleased to respond to any questions you may have.
