Docket No. 50-142 M (Proposed Renewal of Facility License)
Dear Administrative Judges:
By letter dated May 13, 1985 Steven Aftergood, CBG, informed the Board that negotiations were proceeding and the target date for completion of a written stipulation had been extended from May 15 to July 15, 1985 as per agreement of the parties. This letter is to inform the Board, on behalf of the parties, that a draft stipulation. dispatched June 23, 1985, is.now under consideration in detail by the parties. While the draft stipulation reflects tentative agreement, in principle, of the parties in a number of respects,'there are a. number of points of disagreement which will require further negotiation. Consequently,.the parties request a final 21 month
, extension until September 30, 1985 either to complete negotiations and finalize a stipulated settlement or to submit their respective positions to the Board for its determination in the proceeding, i
l Sincerely, Mi A. Young
