Dear Ms. Young:
Thank you for your letter of July 12 advising of the status of the settlement negotiations in this case. The Board grants the parties' request for an additional extension of time until September 30, 1985, to complete these negotiations.
At the same time, the Board notes that these negotiations have been ongoing for many months. Consequently, the Board will be most reluctant to entertain any further requests for extensions of time.
If, on September 30, the parties have not resolved their differences, we will decide the matters pending before us.
