Your assistance is requested in reviewing and providing a security evaluation report for the security aspects of the Physical Security Plan, Amendment 6, for the University of California dated August 1983 submitted by letter dated August 4,1983.

The security evaluation report should identify the proposed changes and the l

criteria against which the changes were evaluated to establish the bases j

for the conclusions regarding the acceptability of the proposed changes.
