KING GEORGE, VA, 22485 Email: jplynch@crosslink.net Organization: N/A General Comment Dear Sirs; I am concerned as follows:

1. Approving a outdated generic Environmental Impact Statement is dangerous. North Anna became the first operating nuclear station in the U.S. to shut down because of a temblor in 2011 and the first to experience an event that exceeded its design basis. Both reactors sit on top of a known fault line.
2. The NRC should do a full and thorough Environmental Impact Statement which evaluates among other items:

- The long-term storage of nuclear waste.

- The condition of the reactor foundation, liners, electrical cables, etc.

- Whether or not these aging reactors can withstand another earthquake.

Thank you for considering requiring a full EIS.
