It is incumbent that you require a complete environmental review before approving nuclear reactors in an earthquake zone. This has not happened since the 2011 earthquake near North Anna Nuclear Power Plant.The last SAMA took place in 2001 and needs to be repeated. A full public hearing on the license application needs to occur, allowing the public to speak as well as considering independent expert testimony.
