151 Buckingham Circle Charlottesville, 22903 Email: elena.day@gmail.com General Comment I am very concerned about the earthquake fault(s) nearby to North Anna in regard to the aging containment buildings of Units 1 and 2. I further question whether there are any plans for disposal of the radioactive waste.

I conclude that it is still on site in water pools which are also subject to problems if even a small seismic event were to occur.

Dominion must concur that aging plants that continue to operate have all sorts of structural risks. What is Dominion doing to insure integrity of containment buildings ?

The North Anna dam that insures the Lake Anna waters can continue to serve as coolant in the operation of the two Units is another problem that might arise if there is movement on the earthquake fault.

Please do not fail to include assessment of expansion of wind power resources that would minimize or make obsolete the need for nuclear plants and their unresolvable problems with radioactive waste disposal.
