Pollard Drive g3 g IN RESPONSE REFER Fulton, NY 13069 TO F0IA-86-461 Dear Mr. Leskiw This is in response to your letter dated June 16, , 1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of the investigative report (Case No. 1-84-014) regarding allegations of harassment of quality assurance auditors at Nine Mile Point Unit 2 and the transcript of your testimony.

Copies of the report and accompanying exhibits have been made available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) in Washington, DC 20555, in the PDR docket file for the Nine Mile Point plant.

Enclosed is a copy of the notice that provides procedures and charges for obtaining copies of records from the PDR in order that you may obtain copies of the report and transcript of your testimony (exhibit 80) and any other exhibits in which you may be interested. Copies of the report and exhibits are also t6 ng made available at the NRC Local Public Document Room for the Nine Mile Point plant, which is located at the following address.

We note in this regard that there is a pending lawsuit, Ryan v. Nuclear Reaulatory Commission, D.D.C. 86-1553, regarding the release of the 01 report and exhibits.
