CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED JANUARY 20, 1987 ,

By letter dated January 20, 1987, Combustion Engineering requested an amendment to License No. SNM-1067 on the storage of loaded fuel bundle shipping containers.- These changes will not have an adverse effect on the environment or the public health and safety. Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 51.22 (c)(11), neither an Environmental Assessment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for this; proposed action.
