SUBJECT:

CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED DECEMBER 15, 1987 By letter dated December 15, 1987, CE requested an amendment to License No. SNM-1067 to eliminate the labeling requirement for vessels / containers, change the number and location of criticality detectors, and reduce the calibration frequency of the criticality detectors. These changes are either administrative or procedural and will not adversely effect the public health and safety nor will they decrease the environmental protection. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), neither an Environmental Assessment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for this proposed action.
