CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED JULY 24, 1987 By revised application dated July 24, 1987, Combustion Engineering requested an amendment to License No. SNM-1067 to reflect changes in the mist density calculations. These changes will not have an adverse effect on the environment or the public health and safety. Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 51.22 (c)(11), neither an Environmental Assessment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for this proposed action.
