'is hereby amended to authorire the storage of fuel bundles in Shipping Containers 927A and 927C in accordance with Section 4.3.16 of your License Conditions (Part I, in your license). Accordingly, the date of January 20, 1987, is Ndy incorporated into Item 9 of your license.
All other conditions of your license shall remain the same.
