CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED JULi 28, 1988 By letter dated July 28, 1988, CE requested an amendment to License No.
SNM-1067 to receive, possess and store uranium enriched to $ 5.0 weight percent U-235; processing of the material will not be allowed.
The material will be stored in shipping containers in a critically safe array.
The storage of the material will have no effect on the public health and safety or the environment.
I Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), neither an Environmental Assessment l
nor an Environmental Impact Statement is warranted for the proposed action.
