The FCSS Licensing Branch requests technical assistance in reviewing the following project:
Pro.iect: Combustion Engineering's submission of additional information dated September 13, 1996, in support of the CE's request for unrestricted release of Building 21.

CE has responded to a request for additional information (RAI) concerning its Building 21 Final Survey Report.
By remorandum dated April 25, 1996, FCSS requested that your branch provide technical assistance in developing that RAI.
You replied by memo dated June 21, 1996. As a follow up to that action, please review CE's responses to the RAI to determine their adequacy and provide FCSS with your comments and/or questions.
Please provide the information requested below and return a completed copy-to the Licensing Assistant (LA) or Project Manager (PM).
