CATEGCRICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED NOVEMBER 6, 1986, AND SUPPLEMENTS DATED FEBRUARY 18, AND MARCH 18, 1987 By letter dated November 6, 1986, and supplements dated February 18, and March 18, 1987, Combustion Engineering requested an amendment to License No.

SNM-1067 to reflect changes in the organization and the administrative controls in product development. These changes are administrative in nature and will have no affect on the environment or the public health and safety.

Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), neither an Environmental Assessment nor an Environmental Impact Statement is necessary for the proposed action.
