Upon arriving at __ the site Monday morning, the AEC staff initially ,

met with the applicant and the applicant'arconsultants prior to l~

beginning the tour and indicated those areas of the site that the

, staff ~ wished to visit.1 I them accompanied Mr. C. Erickson of .

l ,, WPPSS and Mr. K. Wise of ERASCO on a visit to the onsite tower l

land. mechanical weather station on"Minot Peak. The 199-ft. guyed..,

.The nearest trees are some 10 to 15 meters high alders and firs.

that a new concrete base- for the mast would be installed.soon l and the station returned to an, acceptable operating condition. -
