INITIAL EXAMINATION REPORT NO. 50-297/0L-91-01 On June 3,1991, the NRC administered an initial examination to two employees of your facility who had applied for a license to operate your Pulstar Reactor. The evaluation was conducted in accordance with NUREG-1021,

" Operator Licensin9 Examiner Standards," Revision 6. At the conclusion of the examination, the examination questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the Public Document Room.
