Annual Emergency Drill y
Dear Sir:
A As required by the North Carolina State University PULSTAR Reactor Emergency Plan Section 10.2 and Emergency Procedure Section 7, the Annual Emergency.
Drill will be conducted during the first week of October preferably on Saturday October 2,1993, starting at 8:00 a.m.. One representative from your organization is cordially invited to participate in the drill as an observer and share your comments during the critique following the drill.
