Dear Sir:
As discussed during our meeting in Raleigh, North Carolina on 7 through 8 August 1995, we are requesting an additional sixty (60) days to respond to the referenced request for additional information. The requested extension changes the submittal due date to 9 October 1995. The time extension is required due to additional updates to the PULSTAR Safety Analysis Report and Technical Specifications as discussed during our meeting.
