Dear Sir:
The PULSTAR reactor facility performed changes affecting the facility Physical Security Plan under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 p(2). These changes are required to be reported to the NRC following completion of the changes in accordance with 50.54 p(2).
This letter serves to inform the NRC of the changes affecting the NCSU Physical Security Plan which were completed in October 1995. The revised Plan (Revision 8) and a description of the changes are attached in the enclosed report. This report contains information which should be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d).
