Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is based on a telephone conversation of this date between Mr. Al Adams, Jr.,
' Senior Project Manager, Non-Power Reactors and Decommissioning Project Directorate and Mr. Pedro B. Perez, Associate Director of the NCSU Nuclear Reactor Program. The NRC
, Project Manager discussed with the licensee the responses to the reference Request for Additional Information (RAl), The NRC_ Project Manager commented during the telephone conversation that the licensee responses contained one typographical error and the application of an inconsistent definition in the proposed Technical Specifications (TS).
The licensee agreed during the telephone conversation to correct the typographical error in proposed TS Definition 1.26 and use this definition in the proposed TS Specification 3.1(f).
