A personnel change is being made at North Carolina State University in a position identified by Section 6.1.4 and Figure 6.1-1 of the PULSTAR Nuclear Reactor Technical Specifications (Amendment 8). The new position assignment with an effective date of August 16,1994 is:
Reactor Health Physicist - Gerald D. Wicks, CHP Mr. Wicks has a Master of Science in Radiological Sciences and Protection Physics and was certified in 1990 by the American Board of Health Physics in Comprehensive Health Physics. He has finished one year of intensive on-the-job training and has now fully assumed the duties of the Reactor Health Physicist. Dr. Mani will retire from the Department in June 1995.
The remaining positions identified in Figure 6.1-1 continue to be staffed as follows:
