l In a letter dated February 9,1984, the Commission requested that the l Omaha Public Power District provide a detailed description of the exercise t

scenario, the anticipated licensee actions and the complete controller packages which contain the information to be supplied to observers for the '

exercise, along with the information that is to be supplied to the players  !

as the scenario is unfolded. In addition, the Commission requested source i term data, onsite radiological data and offsite monitoring data.

Accordingly, the enclosed information is provided for the Fort Calhoun Station's 1987 emergency exercise. Please note that offsite participation will be driven by the exercise scenario. Participation by Nebraska, Iowa and local agencies is planned.

Copies of this information are being provided to the Federal Emergency Management Agency and to the Director, Division of Emergency Preparedness and Engineering Response.
