NOTICE OF DEPOSITION OF A. BILL BEACH Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.720(h)(2)(i), A. Bill Beach, who has been designated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff as a witness in the above captioned proceeding, is hereby given notice that he should appear at the offices of Shaw, Pittman, Potts and Trowbridge, 2300 N Street N.W., Washington, D.C., at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June 1, 1987, to give testimony by deposition upon oral examination. If not completed on that date, the deposition will continue from day to day until completed. The deposition will be conducted before a Notary Public from Ace Federal Reporters, Inc., 444 North Capitol Street, Washington, D.C. 20001.

Mr. Beach will be examined concerning his knowledge of the allegations made by Richard Parks concerning TMI-2 and GPUN and Bechtel employees, and of the NRC's investigation of those alle-gations. Mr. Beach will also be examined concerning the sub-stance of his testimony in the above-captioned proceeding and the basis for such testimony.

Mr. Beach is further instructed to bring to the deposition l l

all notes, memoranda, files, and documents (including personal notes and documents) in his possession, custody, or control, other than those already provided to GPUN by the NRC Staff during discovery in this proceeding, that relate to Mr. Parks, allega-tions made by Mr. Parks, or investigation of, inquiry into, or evaluation of such allegations.
