The public hearing required by our Order of August 25, 1988, will take place as follows:

Daten: October 31, November 1-4, 8 Place: Lancaster County Courthouse, 50 North Duke Street, Courtroom A Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17603.

! Dates: Novemoer 7, 9 & 10, 1988 Pinea: Lancaster County Courthouse, 50 North Duke Street, 6th Floor Hearing Room, Lancaster Pennsylvania 17603.

Dates: November 14-15, 1988 Place: 4350 East West Highway, Room 550, Eethesda, Maryland.

Times: Monday, October 31 and Monday, November 7: 1 pm to 5 pai otherwise: 9 am to 5 pm. Times subject to modification by order of the Board. Parties should be prepared for extended hours, if necessary, Written limited appearance statements may be filed with the Board prior to October 28, 1988. After review of the written statements, the Board will decide whether to schedule oral limited appearance statements.
