Upon the oral, ex-parte motion of Joint Intervenors and the oral consen'c of the other parties, we will neld the following limited appearance session during the October 31, 1938 hearings:

Time: 7 pm to 10:00 pm.

Written statemente of intention to appear or written limited appearance statemente may be filed with the Board prior to October 28, 1988. Each oral presentation will be limited to roughly five to ten minutes, subject to extension for good cause.
