NOTICE OF DEPOSITION OF JOEL S. WIEBE Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.720(h)(2)(i), Joel S. Wiebe, who GPUN understands has been designated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff as a witness in the above captioned proceeding, is hereby given notice that he should appear at the offices of Shaw, Pittman, Potts and Trowbridge, 2300 N Street N.W.,
Washington, D.C.,
at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 5, 1987, to give testimony by deposition upon oral examination.
The deposi-tion will be conducted before a Notary Public from Ace Federal Reporters, Inc., 444 North Capitol Street, Washington, D.C.

Mr. Wiebe will be examined as to his knowledge of the alle-gations made by Richard Parks concerning TMI-2 and GPUN and Bechtel employees, and of the NRC's investigation of those alle-gations.
