REQUEST TO PARTICIPATE AS AN INTERESTED 'JMNICIPALITY NOW COMES the representatives of the Town o f Kensington and, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 02.715(c), hereby request an opportunity to participate in the above-named proceedings.

Th e r e p r e .i en t a t i v a.s o f t h e Town o f Kensington assert that their town is located within ten miles of the Seabrook site, and has vital interests in the Board's review of emergency preparedness plans for the site.

Pursuant to d. F.R. 62.715(c), we representatives of the Town

of any issue, and will be afforded a reasonable 'opportuni ty to participate and to introduce evidence, interrogate witnesses, and advise the Commission with respect to any issues of relevance to our town, including those rm.sociated with emergency preparedness.
