have been provided to the Regional Office in Arlington, Texas. A transmittal sheet is provided for each copy to confirm receipt of the serialized docu-ment. It is requested that these sheets be completed and returned within

Section H of the Radiological Emergency Response Plan has been revised to meet STRM-3 inventory criteria.
