In accordance with your application dated December 8,1987, and supplements dated March 30 and June 20, 1988, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-778 is hereby amended as follows:
- 1. To authorize the storage of dry radioactive waste in the Temporary Storage Facility which is located within the fenced area as indicated in Figure 10-1 of your Deceniber 8,1987 submittal.
- 2. To remove Building C as an authorized place of use for licensed material.
Accordingly, the dates of December 8,1987, and March 30, and June 20, 1988, are added to Condition 9 of your license, and Condition 10 is revised to exclude Building C.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
It should be noted that this licensing action does not release Building C for unrestricted use. The final release of Building C will be determined by NRC in a separate licensing action.
Enclosed is Amendment No. 4 to License No. SNM-778, the Safety Evaluation Report, and the Environmental Assessment.
