SUBJECT:
MODIFICATION N0. 2 TO CONTRACT NO. NRC-17-83-399, TAYL0E ASSOCIATES This modification deobligates $2,000 from the original Accounting and Appropriation Data and obligates the $2,000 to a new B&R and FIN number set up to allow for reimbursable work for the National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU)arbitrationhearings.
Under the terms of the Interim Agreement between NRC and the NTEU, the cost of transcripts of arbitration hearings will be shared equally by NRC and NTEU. NRC will pay Tayloe Associates the full cost of these transcripts, then bill NTEU for 1/2 of the cost. The payment made by 0
