SUBJECT:

Telephone Discussion with Mr. M. Jones (TUEC) initiated by Mr. Jones 12/5/84

. Comanche Peak Unit I & 2 Docket No. 50-445 i Mr. Jones asked whether we could identify areas where unacceptable cable splices may have been identified in addition to those in instrument panels. I indicated to him that such information will be made available shortly, when the TRT SERs are issued.

Additionally, he informed me of the approach being taken to address potential violations of cable separation, where an analysis is being conducted assessing circuit service, electrical duty and environment. I agreed that the approach appears. adequate.
