Letter from J. W. Clifford t: W. J. Cahill, Jr. dated November 6, 1990 transmitting CPSES Unit 1 - Amendment No. 2 to Facility Operating License No. NFP 87 Attached is a copy of Amendment 2 to the CPSES Unit 1 Technical Specifications.
These specifications are effective immediately.
Please insert these specifications into your controlled copy as per the attached instructions.
j The changes modify Technical-Specifications tables 2.2 1 and 3.3 3 to permit use of the panel front installed analog meter for calibration of High and Low setpoints for power range neutron flux meters and correct a bias in the steam generator water level Low-Low and High High setpoints.
