2 received a telephone call this afternoon (3:15 p.m.) from Micky Dow in Stephenville, Texas.
He said that Monry Myers told his to call the Chairman's office.
He stated that Ben Hayes came to see him three weeks ago to see evidence that Mr. Dow has in his possession of behalf of his " clients."
I-asked him if he was an attorney and he didn't really answer. us.
Me said,"he was not licensed in Texas but had 27 years of law."
Ma nada allegations of scores of security and safety violations and 4
allegation of sexual harassment at cc:anche Peak.
This evidently has to do with CASE and tapes of telephone calls made at the plant.
Mr. Dow stated that Ben Hayes told him that seasons would cohttet him the next week (af ter Hayes' visit) but that no one called him.
I He said he then tried to call 5en Hayes and left nessages for him and no one returned his calls.
