NOTICE OF APPEAL Now come the Joint Intervenors, the Conservation Council of North Carolina, and Wells Eddleman with a notice of appeal pursuant to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's Partial Initial Decision on Environmental Contentions (dated February 20, " served" February 21, received February 25, 1985). We hereby serve notice that we intend to appeal the partial initial decision on the environmental contentions, all other orders and rulings, the granting of summary disposition on various contentions, the denial of Mr. Eddleman's 2.758 petition, and other matters to date that we are able to appeal.

Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.762 and other relevent regulations, our briefs on the above matters will be forthcoming.

If this notice of appeal does not satisfy the regulatory requirements or customary practice before Appeals Board, we request that we be allowed the

opportunity.to remedy any defects.
