l NOTICE OF DEPOSITIONS BY WELLS EDDLEMAN f
f Pursuant to 10 CFR Section 2 740a, Wells Eddleman hereby gives notice of his intention to take the depositions of the following CP&L employees E.E. Utley,M. A. McDuffie, H.R. Banks, J.M. Johnson, A. Fuller, and R. E. Lumsden regarding their knowledge of facts relevant to Eddleman Contention 41-G.
Such depositions will commence at 10:00 am on Wednesday February 27, 1985, and will continue until completed.
The depositions are for the purpose,of discovery and they will be recorded by non-stenographic means by the Intervenor.
Other parties are free to attend and provide for stenographic transcription
-at their own expense.
Intervenor will conduct the depositions at-l CP&L's offices, 411 Fayetteville Street Mall, Raliegh,- NC 27602,.
for'the convenience of the deponents, or at such other location as-may_be agreed upon..CP&L is asked to make available one of its
= employees who is a Notary to administer the oaths to the' deponents.
The deponents are asked to bring with them any and all documents-in their possession or subject to their control regarding Chan Van Vo and the subject matter' of Eddleman Contention 41-G..
