will be needed in coming years, and WHEREAS, any delay in the licensing and commercial operation of the Harris Plant will result in extraordinary and unnecessary expense to CP&L
- and its ratepayers and shareholders who are citizens of Raleigh, l
BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Raleigh Merchants Bureau supports CP&L's efforts to obtain a license to operate the Harris Plant at the earliest date possible.
