OL Wells Eddleman's Notice of Documents Relied Unon (and nreviously served) as Testimony-in-Chief and case-in-chief on Joint Contention I (Management) l and Contention. 65 Charles Stokes will be my witness on Eddleman 65 He adopts as his prefiled testimony his eleven page affidavit filed June 14, 1984 in this proceeding.
He adopts as his Exhibits the concrete pour packages served by Applicants as Exhibits 2 through 14 in their June 29, 1984 response to Eddleman Proposed Contentions 65-A and 65-B, these being the same pour packages mentioned in his affidavit at pp 1-2.
Since these documents (including the affidavit) have evidently been served on all parties, and the Staff served Stokes' qualifications in its Response on 65-A and 65-B, there is no need to provide them to any parties.
However, if anyone has not
